A wine needs two bottle items: one to go, named <wine> Retail, and one at the bar, named <wine> Wine Bar. Clover holds no role field, so the role is read off the name. A name that resolves to nothing is worse than a missing button on the web store: the stock engine subtracts only for retail, bar and pour, so every sale through that item leaves the count untouched. Bottles with a properly named pair are not listed. Nothing on this page changes Clover.
